How Canon Consulting collects, uses, and protects information submitted through its website, storefront, and research publication.

Information we collect
When you use the contact form, we may collect your name, email address, company, company size, project challenge, and requested timeline. When you purchase a digital product, Stripe may provide transaction details such as purchaser name, email address, product, payment status, amount, and transaction identifiers.
If you join or use AI Market Correction Weekly, Beehiiv processes subscription, account, email-delivery, and membership information under its own services and privacy practices.
Our hosting and security providers may process basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, request time, requested page, and diagnostic logs. We do not currently use advertising trackers on this site.
How we use information
- Respond to inquiries and provide requested consulting information.
- Process purchases, deliver digital products, send receipts or access instructions, and provide support.
- Operate, secure, diagnose, and improve the website and its forms.
- Meet accounting, fraud-prevention, legal, and compliance obligations.
- Send marketing communications only when permitted; recipients may opt out of promotional email.
Service providers
We use service providers to perform limited functions on our behalf, including Vercel for hosting, Resend for transactional email, Stripe for payment processing, and Beehiiv for the research publication. These providers receive information needed to perform their services and operate under their own contractual and privacy obligations.
Retention and security
We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, including support, accounting, security, dispute handling, and legal obligations. We use administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information, but no internet transmission or storage system is guaranteed to be completely secure.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information held directly by Canon Consulting, subject to legal, security, accounting, and transaction-record requirements. You may also ask questions about our data practices by emailing contact@workwithcanon.com.
Children
The website and products are intended for business users and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy as our services or legal obligations change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version.
